WELCOME POST


Hello, my name is Gabriel and welcome to my blog The ♄exaGRAM.

This blog's purpose is to discuss occult related topics such as High Magick/ceremonial magick, Planetary Magick, chaos magick, Trad Craft, Necromantics and Goetia, and other topics that interest me. You'll also find book reviews and discussions on books from my ever growing to-read-pile. 

This blog will also serve as a journal for my progress as I journey down (or up?) the paths of occult wisdom, and complete the Great Work. But in saying that from my experience it's important to study both Holy, Adversarial and non-Abrahamic paths to get an understanding of the whole picture. 

I'm not part of any occult society or group, do not claim any special lineage of some famed witch bloodline, and don't profess to know everything or claim to be a Master Magician. I'm forever a student and I'm more than happy to engage in respectful discussion with those that find this blog and read my articles, and hopefully we can all learn from each other and grow as Magicians. 

I'm self taught and a solo practitioner, and my main focus at the moment is teachings from the Golden Dawn, and other Hermetic/Kabbalah texts but I have practiced LHP paradigms, chaos magick and also some Trad Craft recently which I found to be quite exhilarating.

 Invoking Jupiter for Money Manifestation I would love to share with you a planetary hexagram ritual I performed last week that resulted in a bit of extra and much needed money come my way.  With some of these articles I\"m not going to assume everyone knows how to do pentagram and hexagram rituals etc, but some of the time I\"ll just list the order of how I did each ritual and just post the invocation.   THE HEXAGRAM OF THE SUN RITUAL Here is the Hexagram of the Sun ritual, performed on a Sunday, the day of the Sun, that combines all six planetary hexagrams into a single hexagram by the vibration of the God Name of Tiphareth: YHVH Eloha Va-Daath. Tiphareth is the Sephiroth of the Sun, and is the only Sephiroth on the Tree of Life that is connected to all the other Sephira besides Malkuth (Earth). The ritual is quite beautiful, starting with the Analysis of the Keyword (INRI) LVX callings, and then starting in the eastern quarter, you invoke each planetary hexagram in turn from Saturn to Luna, lock them all together with Ararita, and then in the centre draw the symbol of Sol with vibrating the God name mentioned above, and finishing with the LVX at the end.   The Hod Review The Qabalah Workbook for Magicians by Anita Kraft. 165 pgs.  What a delightful and informative occult work. I love reading about and studying the Qabalah, and especially finding new ways to incorporate the Tree of Life into my ritual practice . Especially through the medium of Planetary Magick. I enjoyed the foreword by Lon Milo DuQuette, he always tickles my funny bone, and I believe a sense of humour is one of the magician\"s greatest weapons. His story of the Mercury ritual from his amazing autobiography Low Magick still makes me laugh to this day. Here the author Anita Kraft, an accomplished Qabalist, magician and a Bishop in the Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica has crafted a book that sets out the ten Sephiroth of the Tree of Life into monthly lessons.
